For laptops with two fully functional Type-C ports, use two Type-C cables to connect the extender. Ensure the Type-C data cable is plugged into the Type-C ports on the back of the monitor, not the HDMI ports.

If your laptop has only one Type-C port, connect one monitor with a Type-C cable and the other with an HDMI and USB cable. Make sure the HDMI cable connects to the USB-C with DP port on the extender.
